Hi! I'm Claudia, your coach.

I was born in Trier, Germany, in 1976. After completing an apprenticeship as a photographer and as well as various internships, I worked in the fields of Marketing, digital communication und and digital transformation for over more than 15 years – primarily in the financial services industry (the majority of the time (many years of that in Luxembourg), but also on the agency- and consulting side. During that time, I learned, a great deal, especially amongst other things, how to working strategically towards a goal, to comprehend take an empathetic perspective on the needs of stakeholder groups, with empathy and to implement it well accompanied. 

Along the way, I always hat had the feeling, that there must be more to life, with more sense and purpose to it, and I started looking for fulfilment. Over the time I realized that I was am most passionate about working with people and being there there for them, supporting them as their a consultant and coach, someone who is at your their side in a solution-oriented manner, helping them to explore and find solutions. 

To pursue this passion, I finished completed a Coaching coaching apprenticeship training program at the Hochschule Wismar University of Applied Sciences in 2017 and realized, that many coaching instruments tools are also suitable for personal pathfinding. So I developed a concept that not only depicts the level of understanding in the coaching process, but also takes contemplates the essential questions about one’s own (life-) purpose into account. 

I found established my own Coaching coaching Office office in Cologne in 2019. Here, where I spend my time, taking an empathic approach to empathically accompanying people in their very personal chance processes or in reaching their coaching wishes goals and supporting them individually. This enables lets me to live a fulfilled and contentded life, for which I am more than beyond grateful.
